How does everyone orginize there code sniplits and resources?  Im looking for some ideas...

    in folders by subject?

    Language -> Broad Category (ado, winforms etc) -> Specific (DataSets, ListView) etc

    I use this:

    Language -> Year -> Category -> Project name
    C# -> 2005 -> OpenGL ->TerrainViewer
