Can't convert 123 graph to MS Excel

Hello there,

I have about 25 graph (line graph) in my Lotus Smarsuite 97 (.123 format) and would to open in MS Excel. First MS Excel prompt can't open 123 format file, so I save as type WK4 file format and Excel managed to open the file without change any data or the format.

But when came to the graph, it go unformatted or 'go crazy' format that required to reconfigure the graph.  The graph design with 123 Wizards help.

Please advise or help me how to get back the graph format and design found in my 123 file in my new Excel file.  Many thanks.

Cheers.

Can other tools or softwarre help users to convert this chart to MS Excel chart without losing the format , style or design.

Please advise, since this not just safe time, but prevent any mistakes in data or graph creation.

Many thanks.

rajini88,

The safest and quickest method is most probably to copy all the raw data into an Excel spreadsheet and re-create the charts in Excel. The Excel charting wizard is quick and relatively easy to use. Personally that is what I would do - even for 25 charts as I reckon that in one morning at the very least I'd have the job done.
