Motorola Surfboard 3100 firmware update

Hi there

I wish to update the firmware of my SurfBoard 3100 cable modem.
I have obtained the necessary *.bin file.. How can I do this?

Usually that is done my your ISP through their CMTS.

I am sure you can do it yourself but you will have to set up a TFTP server.
