Urgent: Error 25621: Failed to creato SQL Database
(-2147467259 Business Scorecards)
I get this error when installing Microsoft Office Business Scorecards. I have a user myDomain/administrator, which is admin on the server (win 2003 server) and also a user in the SQL Server 2000 Ent. edt. In Enterprise manager, under Security/Logins myDomain/administrator I have clicked in all server roles on this user plus clicked permit access to all databases.
Any ideas what I've done wrong?

Yes, that was the full message from the little OK-box that popped up
I logged in as that user (windows authentication) into Query analyzer and ran a database creation script and it worked fine.

I have asked how to use SQL Profiler to trace the installation program, in this question:

Also, can you log onto the server as that user and create a database?
