Yes, that was the full message from the little OK-box that popped up<br />

I logged in as that user (windows authentication) into Query analyzer and ran a database creation script and it worked fine.

I get this error when installing Microsoft Office Business Scorecards. I have a user myDomain/administrator, which is admin on the server (win 2003 server) and also a user in the SQL Server 2000 Ent. edt. In Enterprise manager, under Security/Logins myDomain/administrator &nbsp;I have clicked in all server roles on this user &nbsp;plus clicked permit access to all databases. <br />

Any ideas what I've done wrong? <br />

I get this error when installing Microsoft Office Business Scorecards. I have a user myDomain/administrator, which is admin on the server (win 2003 server) and also a user in the SQL Server 2000 Ent. edt. In Enterprise manager, under Security/Logins myDomain/administrator  I have clicked in all server roles on this user  plus clicked permit access to all databases. 

Any ideas what I've done wrong?
