You just need to go in the registry and delete some...
here is a list of Most Recently used files (MRU) locations in the registry
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/RegistryMRU.htm

I guess.. for winamp you must do a search in Software/Winamp....
You can delete the entryes you find there and the MRU will be empty... Same goes for the Network Places I guess.

Try
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/ Software/ Microsoft/Windows/Explorer/ Computer Descriptions...
I think that is what you needed... I still can't find a Recenty visited... or nothing like that

or here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/ Software/ Microsoft/Windows/Explorer/ Shell Folders you can find folders where Windows keeps it's recently used files
or in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/ Software/ Microsoft/Windows/Explorer/ User Shell Folders

I Hope I helped...
