For the other one, try running Spybot S&amp;D or Webroot's SpySweeper to clean it.<br />
In both cases, I'd recommend downloading the files to your pc then running the clean up in Safe Mode. <br />

To get into Safe Mode, shut down PC and restart. Press F8 several times until you get the Start Up Menu. From there, choose safe mode.<br />

I have Norton and have updated my virus settings and run it a few times, I have also run Trend Micro Housecall at the recomendation of a friend.<br />

I'm not the most computer literate person in the world so what I ideally need is a simple way to remove them and to keep them off my computer.<br />
