Decision Cube Capacity Problems.

Hi, i'm having problems creating a decision Cube in Delphi 7.  I use to have a DecisionQuery with 3 dimensions and 2 sumatories and the cube works fine- The problem is when i aggregated a fourth dimension. My DecisionQuery is somethiong like :

Select zone_no, sales_no, sku_id, period, sum(qty) qty, sum(total) value
from <table> where <Condition>
Group by zone_no, sales_no, sku_id, period
Order By zone_no, sales_no, sku_id, period

The DecisionQuery1 that was working fine was something like this :

Select  sales_no, sku_id, period, sum(qty) qty, sum(total) value
from <table> where <Condition>
Group by  sales_no, sku_id, period
Order By  sales_no, sku_id, period

So, the only change is the first selected field in the query. The problem is that at runtime, when the programs executes the line "DecisionQuery1.Open" the program generates the cube with incomplete information it only appears the first 2 zones. I don't know if I need to have an index on the table or something like that.

Other problem is, when the data in the result of the query is too much, the program sends an error message "DecicionCube Dimensions are exceeded. Change Dataset".

Do you have a solution for this problem.

Just a note: If you "group by" then you don't need to "order by" the same fields -irt is implicit in the group by- so you can take off the las line in both SQLs. I don't know if it will make any improvement, but give it a try, sometimes small changes like this make the SQL plan to change to better.

Have you tried the EXACT SQL in a sql monitor to see if it returns information on more than 2 zones? Sometimes the simplier explanation is the one, and in your select may be only 2 zones are involved!

I've already done that and it doesn't work. i don't know if the table structure has something to do because the sales_no, sku_id and period are at the beginning of the table and the field zone_no is at the end of it.

The EXACT SQL returns all the information.
