We have no plans of adding any W2k or NT4 DCs. Only W2K3 DCs will be added from this point on.<br />

I am operating at a Windows 2000 Domain functional level. I have 4 physical sites 3 sites are running W2k3 DCs and 1 site is running W2k DCs. One of the W2k3 has a two way trust with an NT4 domain (soon to go away).<br />
All FSMO roles are on the W2K3 DC.<br />

Any reason why I should not go to a W2K3 functional domain?<br />
