Looking for good fractal generator

I am looking for a good fractal generatorthat will write an image directly to a file.  I need a 200 MB fractle so it needs to be written directly to disk to make better use of memory.

I like Chaso Pro but it will not make a fractal that size because it must write it to the screen before you can save it to disk.

Any ideas?
