Simple frameset question

I'm trying to make a frameset of 3 frames including the following:
The top.htm file will go across the top 100% wide by 25 pixels tall. The right.htm will be 150 pixels wide and the same height as the body.htm (the height is only limited by the display). The body.htm is to the left of right.htm.

top.htm - 25 pixels tall spanning the complete width of the display
body.htm - Under top.htm and to the left of right.htm and contains the main content.
right.htm - 150 pixels wide

There is NO border or margin and only the body.htm can scroll.

Can someone provide the frameset code for this, please?

This is an example of a frameset like you're asking for

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Frameset//EN"
        "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/frameset.dtd">
<html>
<head>
    <title>EE test</title>
</head>
<frameset rows="25,*">
    <frame src="top.html" frameborder="0" noresize scrolling="no">
    <frameset cols="*,150">
        <frame src="body.html" scrolling="auto" noresize frameborder="0">
        <frame src="right.html" scrolling="no" noresize frameborder="0">
    </frameset>
</frameset>
</html>

Thanks, Batalf. I made a change to get rid of the white border. Some of the code may be redundant, but the following is working as desired.

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Frameset//EN"
        "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/frameset.dtd">
<html>
<head>
    <title>EE test</title>
</head>
<frameset FRAMESPACING="0" border="0" frameborder="0"  rows="25,*">
    <frame src="top.html" FRAMESPACING="0" border="0" frameborder="0" noresize scrolling="no">
    <frameset framespacing="0" cols="*,150">
        <frame FRAMESPACING="0" border="0" frameborder="0" src="body.html" scrolling="auto" noresize>
        <frame FRAMESPACING="0" border="0" frameborder="0" src="right.html" scrolling="no" noresize>
    </frameset>
</frameset>
</html>

rajesh is probably refering to the rules saying that experts at EE shouldn't do peoples homework(School).

However, I didn't suspect this for beeing homework.
