Converting Pegasus mail to Exchange or Outlook PST

Hi

I am trying to convert over 500 users from Pegaus to Outlook / Exchange.

I have tried all of the solutions mentioned in Q_20993130, but for some reason all the ones involving converting to Eudora or Netscape first, end up failing to import into Outlook Express or Outlook (either no messages are imported or I get an error saying that the file to be imported is already open by another application)

The most promising way seemed to be to connect Pegasus to the IMAP protocol on Exchange (as described here at  http://mail.exchange.uconn.edu/migration/popclients/pegasusmail.html)

Annoyingly, whenever I actually try to connect, Pegasus crashes to desktop with the error:-

Application popup: TCP: winpm-32.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

I have ensured that the IMAP protocol is enabled on the exchange server

Any help would be most welcome.

If you meant a client data migration and not migration of mailboxes at the server, you may check this: http://www.sml.hw.ac.uk/computing/documentation/outlook/peg2outlook.html

Thanks for your reply

Unfortunately both these methods involve purchasing software which is very expensive to only be used once!

Do you know of any reliable methods (other then those discussed in Q_20993130) to convert the users Pegasus mail folders into Outlook PST files?

Ah ha, looks like I've sorted it

I downloaded Outlook Converter from http://www.thebeatlesforever.com/processtext/abcoutlk.html#order

It worked fine so I bought it ($60 for the entire company - thats more like it!)
