I have a new HP DL380G4 server with on board dual Gigabit Nic. Is it possible to set up adapter teaming with each connection going into a different 3Com switch?

    Accepted Solution

Yes but they should be on the same subnet.  The teaming on HP is not fully load balanced so it will work.  One NIC will always be used for inbound traffic and both will be used for outbound.
