Removing non-existent site & server exchange 5.5

Hii ,
I have a client who has many exchnage 5.5 in different sites . Recently they installed a server on a different location as a new site & used site connectors to connect it to the main office . Now later it was desided that this server was not required & they uninstalled it but they had some error during the uninstall . but the server was manually uninstalled . Now the problem is that I can stll c the site & server in the exchange administration tools of the main office exchnage .
How can I remove this orphaned server & site from the orginization . this was the only server in that site & we have ony exchange 5.5 in our organization .

Hope someone can help me .

In your location try to delete your side of the Directory Replication connector. Then delete the SITE or X.400 connector.

I was able to delete the x.400 connector but cannot delete the site. It says....The object has not yet been completely replicated or cannot be changed from this location.
