The value of scrollbars when you move it is in pixels or twips? Is there a way to set it?

    I believe the value is relative to the max and min properties and can therefore be manipulated to represent whatever you need

    Its neither, its a proportional scrolling increments calculation, and the result is Integer (between -32,768 and 32,767). It is  calculated based on the Min & Max values, which, in turn, are based on the LargeChange and SmallChange values.
