Change Clone and extend dekstop on multi monitor using Radeon Graphic Card

Guys, especially pcsentinel

Yesterday I post my imel about how to change between clone and extend desktop monitor programmatically
using Delphi with nvdia geforce graphic card,
and mr pcsentinel gave a nice  answer
But unfortunately there is other PC in my house using Radeon 9200 graphic card
Any one know how to work with radeon to change display mode? ,
or perhaps a url address  to download radeon developer control panel manual guide ?

    Have got radeons, but I did find this link qhich has a plug in for delphi

    Hi PC Sentinel,

    I have download both radeon sdk file and file from softmedia , but it’s so difficult for me to fine the script on radeon sdk, and about file from softmedia, I am still trying to find, but it looks so difficult :),
     I’ll be glad if you give me any other solution such as a simple script like your solution on my nvdia  question
