syncing a pix with ntp server on inside interface?

briefly, how?

1.  is the key absolutely necessary?  I like to get it started simple, then once that's working I'll go back and put the keys on.

2.  Is an ACL needed on the inside interface?  or does the 'source' part of the 'ntp server' statement handle that?

3.  If an ACL is needed, how should it be constructed?
