Multiple email accounts, and ReplyToAll

Hi, an odd problem really. We have someone who has Outlook 2003, and 2 accounts. One is the main account, which gets all the email and stuff, and the other is the same deal, doesn't check mail, but has a different From address so she can send mail as Tech Support. The main account is the Default account.

The problem she's having is that when she replies to an email, it's all fine, looks like it's coming from her default account. ReplyToAll, on the other hand, invariably selects the Tech Support address as the From address, undesireably.

Any ideas why?

TIA

IMO, OL 2003, XP SP2 (can't see that mattering, but yaknow), it's replicable on all messages, I had her try it several times to be sure what I was seeing was accurate.
thanks wysardry,
Yes, it matters quite a bit which versions and installation you have. Are you OL 2003 SP2 or XP, SP2..I'm confused. Also, what server type are these accounts? Are they both the same service?

Oh, I'm sorry ... yes, it's a copy of office 2003 patched to current, XPSP2, and the account is POP, no Exchange - IMO = Internet Mail Only (not even sure if they have a differentiation in 2003 anymore, though).
I'm trying to replicate this issue on my own version and cannot, so I beg your forgiveness for all of the questions. When the recipient clicks to reply, it will send "FROM" the addressee of the originating e-mail. So if the tech support is not able to receive mail, please tell me more about how you were able to configure this account. In addition, shall I assume from your response above that you have one Pop e-mail account for both addresses???
