I have 64kbps ISDN dial-up connection on my computer. When I connect to internet, download &amp;&nbsp;upload starts immediately w/o any of my access and upload data traffic is much more than downloaded. This makes my internet very slow. I ahve Mcaffe firewall in my system. What is the reason &amp;&nbsp;How to solve it?<br />
