mysterious system folders

When I recently uninstalled an exchange 2k3 server, event log messages on the remaining exchange server alerted me to the fact that there were no replicas for 14 different exchange system folders.  Subsequent reboots did not show the error messages.  No features in exchange seem to be failing.

My amateur sleuthing leads me to believe these folders weren't replicated by the “pfmigrate /sf” command possibly because they were antiquated system folders from past exchange servers.  Several of the folders refered to in the event log appear to have similarly named system folder counterparts that are in use.

Why question is whether I should be worried about these exchange system public folders in the error log?
