I have a windows 2000 domain that long ago someone add a "development" trusted sub domain - the domain controler for this domain is long gone.  I'm now trying to remove the trust in Active Directory Domains and Trusts. In the dialog that normailly you remove trusts the Remove button is greyed out.  How do i remove this domain without the controller existing?

Would be grateful for any help!
