One of our web servers that we use as a virtual SMTP server (windows 2003 sp1), we have legitimate mail stuck in the  C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue  with some of the messages dispalaying "Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server". A third-party software is using using the virtual server to send outbound email. Firewall is configured to send and receive smtp traffic for this server. It has been working fine before.
