I am getting ConcurrentModificationException. It's occuring when the element is being modified (familyRoot.removeContent(compElement) and familyRoot.addContent(configElement); ). Any ideas?

Iterator compIter = compElementList.iterator();

while (compIter.hasNext()) {
       Element compElement = (Element) compIter.next();
       Element configElement = compElement.getChild("Configuration");
       String configText = xp.outputString(configElement.getContent());
       configElement = new Element("Configuration");
       configElement.addContent(new CDATA(configText));
