Firefox and localhost authentication on IIS

Hey eveyone,

I have an XP Pro box here and I develop .aspx apps locally.  When I view my site in IE:

http://localhost/mySite/

It seems to display fine.  However, when I view my site in Firefox (same URL), I get a little authentication box that reads:

Enter username and password for "" at http://localhost/
Username: <box here>
Password: <box here>

None of the images displays.  It seems like the images are the problem for some reason?  I can cick Cancel for each time there is a box that comes up and when it's all said and done, the page loads with no images.

It seems it's some sort of authentication issue but I'm not sure how to fix it?

Any ideas?

Cool...Sorry to be a tool but I don't know pragmatically how to do it. Could you give me a little head's up on that?

OK..thanks.

When I went into that dialog I saw what you were talking about.  The Anonymous Access box was checked and the username was IUSR_DELL1.  However, at the very bottom of the dialog was an item called Integrated Windows Authentication checkbox.  It was checked as well.  I unchecked it and that solved the authentication issue whenever I visited the site via Firefox.  I still have 1 issue and that is the images are still not loading.

Any ideas?
