Dear Joesmail
Cisco experts said that we cann't use two different connection (one is sattellite L2PT VPN, and Modem Dial up) for Cisco VPN clinet, because sedning is different than receiving!! Anyway what we need to know is can we use different way to log to that computer than Cisco??? We have installed an accounting package (socks 5 installed with this package) in the head office. and in the remote branches we have installed the same accounting software, we just need to give the IP address of the Head office so the remote brancehs can use the connect to the accoutning software. Because we don't have Fixed PI address (not allowed by our ISP) we have added Cisco PIX 501 to the server> Everything is working fine wherever we have ADSL services axcept for one location where we have 10 computer using satellite services. Please Help!!!

You should be able to use the vpn dial client over a satellite connection. Have you configured a vpdn group on the 501?
Can you explain in more detail!
e.g.
Head Office (192.168.1.3/24)-Server--- --------(1 92.168.1.1 )-PIX501-d hcp------- ---------- ---------- ---------> Remote Office-(dhcp)Satellite---- ----->Sata litteNATDe vice?(192. 168.3.0/24 )
Also showing an example of how the remote offices that are working ok would be good.

How is it going?
I have tried hard to provide a solution.
Firstly you need to make sure your ping is good. Satellite connections had terrible latency.....If you are pinging external addresses and getting 250+> e.g. Average=250...plus then you will have dropouts over any vpn clients.
Assuming your head office have a VPN 3000 concentrator or PIX firewall you don't have too many options except maybe using the windows xp pptp client.
This can be easily configured on the pix or concentrator.....
Otherwise you may want to just use Remote Web Desktop on a Windows Server or workstation.
Can you give more information on why the cisco client is not any good.
