Outlook email template

Hi, I would like to be able to create an email template.

Ideally, I would like to hit "new message", and  the message that appears would look like my company's stationary.
The logo at the top, centered, and
across the bottom, my company's address.

And then when I type, it would of course, go in the middle...

Is this possible? Can someone tell me how to go about doing this in Outlook. We are using Exchange 2003...

thanks!

anytime I create an html file with a link to an image, it just shows as a red "X" like it can't find the image, even if I point to an image on the internet...

No.

The image either has to be in the same folder with the html file or the path to the image in the html needs to be an absolute path, not a relative path.
