How about creating a rule that uniquely identifies the e-mail (by Subject, for example) and moves it to the Deleted Items folder. &nbsp;Run the rule and assuming the offending e-mail is moved, right click on the Deleted Items folder and select 'Empty &quot;Deleted Items&quot; Folder'.
