.NET IDE custom hot key definitions

I am wondering how to make my own custom key assignments such that I could hav hot keys to do such things (by hitting only 1 key) such as,

delete current line

do build current project only, etc etc.....I know the multi key sequences just wondering how to define "better" ones, thanks

Menu Tools->Options->Environment->Keyboard. Choose the command to modify shortcut for from the listbox and then press the shortcut key in the proper edit box.
