Time to upgrade from Delphi 4... what version to go to
I have been running Delphi 4 Pro for a long time. I want to use ExpressBars which seems to require at least Delphi 5. If I am going to spend some money I should upgrade to a version that will last a while. I have been completely out of touch with the changes since Delphi 4 and need you to tell me if I should buy D5, D9, D2005, some form of Kylix or whatever. I don't have any idea what Longhorn is going to do to Delphi...
