need this for C#.  This grid however I have setup and just loading it from a dataset so I dont have the columns coded.  There is a just a load function that sets the datasource and binds it to the grid.  So I need to somehow set the column to % either through code or through properies somehow.

Show the DataGrid code. There are million ways you could have built that column.
