Special User Rights

HI,

I've got a 10PC netowork all clients running Win XP Pro and th server on Win 2K3 Server Enterprise. I don't have a full time administrator to manage my network. I don't wish to give a normal user administrator rights so that they can manage the Active Directory etc. etc. without me. Is their such a festure that I can create a user who has the ability to just log on to the server, connect my ADSL connection, start the database app, ERP Application and the Intranet Software.

In short a user who can manage Active Directory and intialise applications.

Please Advice.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
