Creating a tablles & fields in a database using ado.net

I would like to create tables and fields in my database if they do not already exist. My applicaiton uses ado.net as it's data access technology. I am wondering if this is at all possible using ado.net. If not i guess and standard ADO example would be acceptable.

Hi talker2004:
You use standard SQL statements to create the tables and fields.
For example:
Dim SQL as String = "CREATE TABLE MyTable (Field1 int)
dim MyCommand as New sqlCommand(SQL, MyConnection)
    MyCommand.ExecuteNonQuery

If the database is not SQL Server, you probably will need to use an OLEDB command object
