I tried the esc/f1 with no luck.<br />

I just found the utilities in control panel before I came back to check your post. I tried all options with no luck.<br />
<br />
The problem with this laptop is that it is not reading dvd's. Its probably just a bad drive. It reads cd's fine just not dvds.<br />
<br />
I was going to do a fresh os install to see if it helps..but Im done with it...UNCLE<br />
