"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

We'll probably need more info to help you properly, but....
Is win2003 already installed, or are you trying to do a fresh installation?
If it's already installed:
Try making sure that your SATA bus is enabled in bios, install any drivers that might have come with your motherboard/sata controller.
See if you can see it in Disk Management
If you're trying to do a fresh install:
you will probably need to create a driver disk for it, and load the drivers from the floppy during the 2003 install.
Hope this helps you,

You'll probably need to install drivers for it....
This may be a stupid question, but have you double-checked data and power connectors?
