UK Basic VoIP Solution

I'm looking for a basic VoIP solution.

I'd rarther use cisco kit as I've got some already.

What would I need for a couple of phones and numbers etc.

Any kind of special routing etc?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What do you want to do with the system?
Do you only want two phones?

You could get a couple of SIP phones and a couple of accounts with telephone numbers from http://www.voiptalk.org/products/index.php
That will basically give you two phones with two telephone numbers which plug into the Internet which you can use for making calls.

If you want to have your own VOIP telephone exchange then you can run the free Asterisk system or if you want to go with Cisco you can buy Cisco Call Manager and a couple of their phones.
