Viewing shared address book

I am trying to add a replica of a shared address book to a local notes client.
The end result I'm looking for is that the email address field will resolve the full email adr when starting to type the address.
How would i accomplish this????

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

go to File-> user Preferences->Mail->Local address book field.
Specify the local replica filename in this field after names.nsf.

like names.nsf,replicaFileName.nsf

Can you explain how to create the local replica on pc?
I have confirmed that there is a replica on server, however when i try to create a local replica on pc I am prompted for a local file. I am unable to browse to the server??

thanks in advance
Select the server copy.
File->Replica->New Replica

Give the file name as u wish or u can have the same name. If it is names.nsf, then name it to names1.nsf

This is how u will create a new replica.
To know more details, check for Notes Help. U can get step by step info.
