How to verify message reciept?
Experts,
I am running exchange 2000 and using message tracking. Problem is that I have someone trying to send a 5MB zip file to us and it is not getting through. Properties of smtp server are set to limit message size to 10MB. Exchange groupshield is not set to block .zip attachements. Sender swears that his ISP's limits are 10MB also.
Question is this. Can I use message tracking to be the final authority on whether or not his email is hitting our server, or is there something else in Exchange that I should be looking at to verify whether his message is hitting our server or not?
Thanks you,
