window.opener.location and passing in querystring param?

How can I do something like this but this syntax is not working:

window.opener.location=window.opener.location+?form=yes

I want to pass in a param to the opener.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

adilkhan one more question.  I have a popup that the user can hit multiple times.  So what is happening is that after the first time I hit it it does it twice and does not work for example:

?form=yes?form=yes
