perfmon vs sysmon

I am studying for the 2k Active directory test and the keep on speaking about System Monitor.  I have used perfmon for years and go to the command line and type in "perfmon" and it works.

Are they the same thing ?  Is the command for Sysmon, perfmon ?

If not, how do I get to sysmon ?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes, they are the same thing. "perfmon" will start System Monitor, though on an exam I don't THINK selecting "perfmon" would be the best answer (and remember, the tests want the BEST answer, sometimes there CAN be more than one correct answer).
