Processor Test

Hi
I am using Windows 2000 professional on an Intel Pentium III / 450 MHZ / 512 kb cache / 128 SDRAM .
Sometimes , my system hangs on special procedures that didn't use to hang on them before . But everything else works fine. I checked the memory using a memory tester before and found no problems.
I need a processor checker to check if my processor if working well or it has a problem .

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Dear Nobus
I checked the URL you provided . The testers available are for 64 Bit , Athlon and AMD processors .
I need a tester for 32 Bit Windows 2000 professional / Intel Pentium III 450 MHZ 512 kb cache processor . I have 128 SDRAM.
Thanks alot for your time.

Actually I didn't try them . Don't want to take the risk of trying a software whose vendor already said it is not compatible with my system.
I 'll check the uxd.com . Thx for your help.
drtoto82Author Commented:
Well, the systems on uxd.com are based on hardware cards that use a software for monitoring.
I only need a simple software to add on my system and run to check my processor. I have tried something like that before to check my ram and it made a boot disk for itself and checked the ram directly . No further hardware was needed.

Benchmarking programs stress the cpu fairly hard - something like 3DMark03 (http://www.futuremark.com/download/?3dmark03.shtml) or Prime95 (http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft.htm) should be sufficient.
