Using One View to Display Multiple Form Results

I have 3 forms in my database

Marketing Form
ECR Form 2

I want to have one view that displays information from all three forms.
My View has 2 columns

Requester Name               Document Number

Here is what I have tried to do.

on the view select I did this

SELECT Form = "EMEA"| Form = "Marketing Form" | Form = "ECR Form 2"

on my Requester column I did this

I get all the names but I also get a lot of (Not Catergorized).  But I need to use Catergorized to display the user in multiple forms

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The forms probably do not hold all three fields. That'll return a (most likely two) empty value(s) causing the "not categorized" message.

For the column use either:

or (more commonly used):

    Form = "EMEA"; EMEARequester;
    Form = "Marketing Form"; MRequester;
    Form = "ECR Form 2"; ECRRequester;
