Solitaire Game went missing from Startup > Programs > Games listing

I am running Windows XP Pro w/ SP2.   All of a sudden the Solitare card game is missing from the Games Folder in the Program listing.  I can still open the game by going to to Start > Help and Support > Music, video, games and photos > Games > Windows Games > Solitaire > Open Solitaire.   Therefore I know the executable file is still on my computer somewhere.   Can I somehow at least put a shortcut on my desktop ?   My father-in-law has had the same mysterious problem happen on his computer with XP Pro.    I find nothing about this in the Microsoft Knowledge base.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
