We just upgraded to Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003, before the upgrade we could drag an email to the task folder to create a new task. &nbsp;This would copy the body of the email to the notes area. &nbsp;Now when the message is an HTML format, only the subject line is copied and the body is not. &nbsp;I'n guessing it has something to do with HTML not allowed in the notes area of a task, since a rich text or plain text email works fine.<br />
