dragging an email to tasks, the message body does not copy to the task.

We just upgraded to Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003, before the upgrade we could drag an email to the task folder to create a new task.  This would copy the body of the email to the notes area.  Now when the message is an HTML format, only the subject line is copied and the body is not.  I'n guessing it has something to do with HTML not allowed in the notes area of a task, since a rich text or plain text email works fine.

Any suggestions or solutions?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You should certainly be able to still drag the message to tasks, but if it is not wroking prperly, do a right mouse drag and select to copy or move with text
