"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you want to import to a spread sheet or database then try this:-

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;276440

which will do users and groups. If you want rights then you need to be more specific as rights are in general not stored directly in Active Directory. So do you mean rights on a Active Directory objects (e.g. who can create a user in thsi container), rights on a particular PC (who can back up this PC) or rights on a share or printer (which can save to this printer or share).
