converting parameterized query to stored procedure with ASP

I currently have the following code (after i setup my con info)

Dim sql_cmd As New SqlCommand("SELECT * FROM dbo.Incoterm_Validation WHERE Incoterm_Val = @Incoterm", sql_con)
sql_cmd.Parameters.Add("@Incoterm", TextBox1.Text)
Dim sql_da As New SqlDataAdapter(sql_cmd)

i'm trying to make this into a stored procedure.  i replaced the query in the first line above with the name of the stored procedure (lv_test).  the stored procedure looks like:

CREATE PROCEDURE dbo.lv_test (@Incoterm VARCHAR(30)) AS
select * from dbo.Incoterm_Validation where incoterm_val = @Incoterm

when i run that, i get the server error  "Line 1: Incorrect syntax near 'lv_test'. "  on line #4 at the very top (sql_da.....).  can someone tell me where i am going wrong?

Can you post your current code?
minor change--try:

     (@Incoterm VARCHAR(30))
select * from Incoterm_Validation where incoterm_val = @Incoterm
