No.  Even most desktop video cards do not have upgradable memory, and laptops are even less upgradable.  In any event, the amount of RAM on a video card is only useful when playing 3D games with large textures - the graphics processor can access it onboard quicker.  Playing 3D games on a laptop is not an optimized way of playing.

Well...

I just brought half life 2

and it says my specifacations dont meet MINIMUM requirments.

Its 65 megs shared... so how can I fix this ?

You're going to have a terrible experience if your hardware isn't at least up to minimum requirements.  There's nothing you can do with a laptop that isn't powerful enough - it's not upgradable like a desktop.

But it is to standards :/

My computer is a presario 2500

1 gig of ram
2.4 ghrtz
64 megs shared- "i heard you can increase the memory shared"

Mine is just above mininim yet it still says thats its not :/

Your video may share memory with main memory, since it's onboard.  Take a look in the BIOS for a setting that lets you set this, but I'm not really optimistic about it.
