Moving SBS 2003 to New Hardware

Because of lease expirations, I must move our SBS 2003 to a new server and all users to new workstations.  Can you point me to any whitepapers that detail the server move?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I have done SBS 4 to 4.5, 4.5 to 2000 and 2000 to 2003 without paying a vendor for help.  I'm sure Microsoft must have done a paper on moving 2003 from one machine to another, I just can't find it.  Has anyone seen one?
