DataNavigateUrlFields - How to pass more than one field

How can I pass more than 1 field using a Hyperlinkcolumn in a datagrid (DataNavigateUrlFields)?

WOuld something like this work?

<asp:HyperLinkColumn Target="_self" DataNavigateUrlField="EmpName,LoadDate" HeaderText="Print Version" DataNavigateUrlFormatString="MyProgram.aspx?EmpName={0}&LoadDate={1}"></asp:HyperLinkColumn>

AFAIK, you can't specify more than 1 field for DataNavigateUrlField.

You aren't the first person to ask this question.

Thanks Bob.   I was not able to get it working using multiple data fields like I defined above but I was able to accomplish this by using a Template Column as follows:

<asp:TemplateColumn HeaderText="Print Version">
<ItemTemplate>
<a href='MyProgram.Aspx?EmpName=<%# DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "EmpName") %>&LoadDate=<%# DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "LoadDate") %>'>Print Version</a>
</ItemTemplate>

This works great.
