Connection error using Remote Desktop: The remote computer disconnected the session because of an error in the licensing protocol.

i'm trying to connect to a client's server over the Internet from my office using Remote Desktop and this is the error I'm getting:

The remote computer disconnected the session because of an error in the licensing protocol. Please try connecting to the remote computer again or contact your server administrator.

Anyone know the solution? Thanks.

Also, this is the address I'm trying to connect to in case you want to try it and see if you get an error:

citrix.frogsleap.com
Thanks, sounds good. How, exactly, do I use your suggestion to connect:

MSTCS /v:servername /console  (however only one person can connect)

What MSTCS?

Go to Start --> run
type CMD <press OK>
type:  MSTCS /v:citrix.frogsleap.com /console <enter>
ok I just tried that and I'm getting the same error. I guess I'll have to drive out there. Any other ideas?
do you get that error if you try to connect to their server?
