High Anonymity Proxy with squid

Does anybody knows how to configure squid to act as a High Anonymity Proxy (hides the client IP address)?

I have one server with ip 10.32.8.1 that must forward all http and ftp requests to server 10.32.59.251 , but the the server 10.32.8.1 (squid box) must replace client IP address using 10.32.8.1.

Thank you.

squid uses its own IP to forward traffic, you only have to take care about the HTTP headers like X-Forwarded-For X-Via etc., see squid.conf:

forwarded_for off
header_access Via deny all
header_access X-Forwarded-For deny all
