When I try to set up a group meeting Outlook is not letting me view their availability through the attendee availability tab as it usually does. It is showing the line next to their names with the horizontal lines indicating no information.
The biggest change that has been made is i had a test email server that i decomissioned and some how it had become the master public folder holder. I went into the remaning server and added it as a public folder replica. all the public folders came back however we are having the above problem. I wasn't sure if i should put this in the server area or outlook area.
We also checked out the problem and it mentioned something about free/busy data. That is being replicated correctly (or it seems) and one article (cant remember where) said that the public free/busy data should be re synced once a user logs in through a mapi client, which we are doing.
